Temporary Maintenance Notice to fix the issues - February 11, 2020
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to inform that we will conduct a temporary maintenance for 1 hour to fix the issues. [EST] 12:00 ~ 13:00 (February 11, 2020) [BRT] 14:00 ~ 15:00 (February 11, 2020) [SGT] 01:00 ~ 02:00 (February 12, 2020) [CET] 18:00 ~ 19:00 (February 11, 2020) The following issues will be resolved. 1) The issue where TP is purchased but cannot be retrieved in the game. 2) The issue where NPC Neringa is not in the city of Orsha. On Recent Popo Point Issues
Greetings, Saviors. We have confirmed today that the recently-introduced Popo Points (announcement here) were incorrectly reset a few hours earlier than expected, causing some players to miss out on purchasing their desired items from the Popo Point Shop. If you were saving PP for an item and lost your points due to this issue, you may submit a ticket through our Support page and let us know which item you had intended to purchase from the Popo Point Shop. You may submit your ticket until EDT 23:59 of October 7, 2018 (tickets submitted after this date will not be processed). We will check the records on your account to determine whether your Popo Points would have reached the desired total in the hours that followed the early reset and, if sufficient, we will send you the item via GM Message. Keep in mind, however, that we will carry out this procedure only for items worth more than 100 PP. Depending on the number of submitted tickets, we will process your request within the next few days. Besides the early PP reset issue, we have also confirmed that, after the reset on October 1, Popo Points have not been correctly accumulating. We are currently investigating the source of the problem and we intend to compensate players for these inconsistencies when the Popo Point Shop reopens. Thank you for your understanding.

[SA] Temporary Maintenance Notice - May 25, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. We will soon carry out a short maintenance in [SA] Silute in order to address the current lag issues in the server. In this maintenance, we will be rearranging the server machines in a way to increase efficiency and reduce the occurrence of lag spikes. We will also be expanding server capacity in instanced dungeons and we expect the overall game environment in [SA] Silute to improve after the maintenance. The temporary maintenance is expected to take place during the following period: [EDT] 03:00 to 03:30 / [BRT] 04:00 to 04:30 Note that this maintenance will only affect the [SA] Silute server.
