- The issue that Heart-Throb Wedding Costume glows supernova. - The issue that the attribute Druid: Wolf Spirit isn't applied on Lycanthropy. >> The tooltip of the skill will be corrected. - The issue that the damage of Summon Familiar skill isn't changed by equipping a weapon. - The issue that cannot receive buff during Sanctuary: Liberty(Physical). >> You cannot receive any buffs during Sanctuary: Weaken, applied after Sanctuary: Liberty(Physical). - The issue that the evasion rate of skill Redemption is not normally applied. >> It's normally applied, but the icon or marks are not shown. - The issue that hair dye is not applied to hair. >> The hair dye only applies to hairs that never changed their style. >> The hair dye is for the wig, and thus will be applied on the wig. - The issue that Moringponia targets to watch the NPC, and not the player. - The issue that unable to connect the game due to commander existed. >> This is a temporary issue. If the message pops up, please try to re-connect after a moment. - The issue that the motion emoticon does not show on the UI. - The issue that additional damage of skill Aspergillum is not normally applied. - The issue that the effect of skill fade is not normally applied in challenge mode. - The issue that damage is increased due to combination skills between the barrier and a certain skill. - The issue that Steam Guard is not applied in-game. - The issue that the reward of Stamp Tour does not transfer to Team Storage. - The issue that cannot receive the final reward for Stamp Tour. - The issue that already cleared guild quest is not counted. - The issue that players can be forced to participate in parties by a certain command.
Temporary Maintenance Notice - Jan 17, 2019
Greetings, Saviors. We will soon perform a short maintenance on all servers in order execute the following actions: 1) Expand server machines for a smoother play environment 2) Correct 'No Data' and mistranslation errors. 3) Add the correct English text in the Guild Promotion Board UI when deleting a post. 4) Fix Wind Runner issues: you'll be able to equip and store the item in your inventory as intended. 5) Disable Fire Property: Explosion effects (this is a temporary measure in order to reduce the load caused by this attribute). 6) Correct Pardoner buff shop UI: you will be able to see the corresponding values as intended. 7) Fix missing monster gem UI text. 8) Correct the damage increase in Lightning Hands. 9) Correct equipping restrictions in certain items. 10) Make weapons with gems equipped no longer discardable, in order to avoid unintentionally discarding them. 11) Restoration of items that were discarded while equipping gems between the after the Scheduled Maintenance on January 15 and today. - Restored items can be found in your character's market retrieve tab. - Timed items that were discarded will not be restored - Consumables that were discarded will not be restored - Other miscellaneous items will not be restored - If your item has not bee restored during the temporary maintenance, please contact us through the tickets. Maintenance is expected to take place today (January 17, 2019) on the following schedule. [EST] 02:30 - 04:30 [BRST] 05:30 - 07:30 [CET] 08:30 - 10:30 [SGT] 15:30 - 17:30 Note that this maintenance is affecting all servers. [UPDATE] Known Issues: October 30, 2018

The following issues have recently come to our attention. 1) Missing Full Moon Kupole NPC 2) Popo Points not Displayed Correctly 3) Missing Beauty Shop Items - We will be holding a temporary maintenance tomorrow (October 31, 2018) to address all of the above issues. - As "Out Comes the Full Moon" is a daily event, event period will be extended for another week to compensate for the missing event NPC. - The following items, as listed in today's patch note, will also be added to the Beauty Shop during the temporary maintenance tomorrow: [Lenses] - Twinkle Purple Lenses: 59 TP - Twinkle Forest Lenses: 59 TP - Amber Cross Lenses: 59 TP - Blue Drop Lenses: 49 TP [Hair Dyes] - Retro Layered (Male): Ash Gray, Light Salmon, Blue - Romantic Bun (Female): Black, Ash Gray, Blue [Updated] It was reported that there's been an error in the accumulation of Popo Points. We will fix the issue and compensate all players accordingly during tomorrow's temporary maintenance Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
Item Processing May Cause Momentary Disconnection
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to inform players that we are in the process of seizing the items affected by the DPK errors from the remaining accounts involved, and that this process may cause certain players to lose access to the servers for a few moments. This means that, if your account is being processed while you are logged in, you may be logged out from the server and see a “protection mode” message upon attempting to log back in. Please be advised that this in order for us to seize any items that may have remained in your account and it will not last for more than 10 minutes. Also, note that this process will not apply to players whose accounts were not affected by the DPK errors. If your account is not under investigation, you will not be logged off. We will keep you updated on this process through future announcements until it is complete. Thank you for your understanding.
Klaipeda and Orsha Servers Connection Issues - May 30th, 2016
Greetings Saviors, We are aware that players may have been experiencing temporary connection issues to the Klaipeda and Orsha servers. This was due to some internal connection issues between the servers. The issue has been resolved at [EDT] 07:30 May 30th and you should now be able to access the game.
