Greetings, Saviors. We are aware of the issue where instance dungeon and GVG reset is not occurring for certain characters. The issue is currently being worked on. Please, send us a support ticket, if you have been affected by this issue. The information from your tickets will help speed the process greatly. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.

Greetings, Saviors! Introducing our new [BGM Movie Trailer] [BGM Movie Trailer] "Retiarius" English Lyrics Ver. Trailer #2/ Kevin - Ra Reina ● Retiarius In combat, the Retiarius’ main weapons are the net (called the ‘rete’), the trident, and the dagger. Though seemingly harmless at first glance, the rete is used to entrap enemies or pull them towards the Retiarius with one hand while the other attacks with the weapon. Also, the rete allows fighters to reach multiple enemies at once, a move which never fails to impress their audiences. This class is well-known for their dauntless displays in the arena, and the rete-based combat style is a crucial part of that. Reriarius Master Caecilia, however, knows that fame is only momentary, as the public will always admire the strongest champions. Because of this, her determination to survive in the arena has allowed her to make a name for herself as Class Master. Many believe that, after losing her father in a combat accident and removing herself from the arena, she has returned only because of the events of Medzio Diena. However, her true intentions remain a mystery. There are no eternal victors in the world of gladiators; defeat is an inevitable part of the experience. Despite this, the Retiarii have remained the most popular arena fighters for centuries, in large due to an old story dating back to the reign of King Kadumel, a story which also happens to depict the unfortunate temperament of the infamous tyrant. One very famous Retiarius lived in the era of King Kadumel. This particular Retiarius was known for almost never wearing a helmet, in part because regulations at the time were nonexistent, but mostly to flaunt his well-sculpted features, or so the rumors said. One day at a tournament, the crowd was especially excited for his performance. When the referee finally gave the fighters the sign to attack, the handsome Retiarius immediately threw his rete upwards in the direction of his opponent. He knew that any competent gladiator would detect the trajectory of a descending net in seconds and escape before it could hit them. That day, however, the Retiarius’ nimble attack failed to suppress his enemy, who had blocked the net with his shield. The crowd’s excitement dwelled down at the sight of their champion’s mistake. The Retiarius could no longer attack; the other gladiator had already breached the distance between them and reflected away his trident away with a throw of the dagger directed at his torso. He fell to his knees. The shouting crowd and loud music around him drowned the Retiarius’ cry of pain. The referee quickly interrupted the battle to stand between the two men, looking up at King Kadumel who was watching from the royal box. The king did not ponder for long before ordering the gladiator to finish off the defeated Retiarius. As it later came to be known, the king had only sentenced the champion to death in order to win a personal bet, an act not unexpected of a monarch as ruthless as Kadumel. The handsome Retiarius’ death became the most well-known incident in the arena under King Kadumel’s rule. After his reign, the Court abolished the practice of deciding the fate of their gladiators, and Retiarii gained the massive popularity they still carry to this day. Most of the Kingdom’s combat arenas have closed since Medzio Diena, making it difficult for those in the field to host tournaments. Regarding Missing TP Bundles After Yesterday’s Patch
Greetings, Saviors. Thanks to your reports, we’ve become aware that some players have lost their previously purchased TP bundles from their accounts after our latest temporary maintenance, meant to fix the issue of multiple TP bundles not being properly redeemed. We would like to let you know that we are currently looking into how we can fix this issue and return the missing TP bundles to their respective accounts. Meanwhile, if you find that any of your purchased TP bundles have disappeared after yesterday’s maintenance, or if you’re experiencing other TP bundle-related problems, we would like to ask you to please send us a ticket through our Support page. In your ticket, make sure to mention your team name and server information, as well as the type of TP bundles you purchased (100TP / 300TP / 500TP / 900TP) and the approximate time they were lost from your account. Temporary Maintenance Notice - Jan 17, 2019
Greetings, Saviors. We will soon perform a short maintenance on all servers in order execute the following actions: 1) Expand server machines for a smoother play environment 2) Correct 'No Data' and mistranslation errors. 3) Add the correct English text in the Guild Promotion Board UI when deleting a post. 4) Fix Wind Runner issues: you'll be able to equip and store the item in your inventory as intended. 5) Disable Fire Property: Explosion effects (this is a temporary measure in order to reduce the load caused by this attribute). 6) Correct Pardoner buff shop UI: you will be able to see the corresponding values as intended. 7) Fix missing monster gem UI text. 8) Correct the damage increase in Lightning Hands. 9) Correct equipping restrictions in certain items. 10) Make weapons with gems equipped no longer discardable, in order to avoid unintentionally discarding them. 11) Restoration of items that were discarded while equipping gems between the after the Scheduled Maintenance on January 15 and today. - Restored items can be found in your character's market retrieve tab. - Timed items that were discarded will not be restored - Consumables that were discarded will not be restored - Other miscellaneous items will not be restored - If your item has not bee restored during the temporary maintenance, please contact us through the tickets. Item Processing May Cause Momentary Disconnection
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to inform players that we are in the process of seizing the items affected by the DPK errors from the remaining accounts involved, and that this process may cause certain players to lose access to the servers for a few moments. This means that, if your account is being processed while you are logged in, you may be logged out from the server and see a “protection mode” message upon attempting to log back in. Please be advised that this in order for us to seize any items that may have remained in your account and it will not last for more than 10 minutes. Also, note that this process will not apply to players whose accounts were not affected by the DPK errors. If your account is not under investigation, you will not be logged off. We will keep you updated on this process through future announcements until it is complete. Thank you for your understanding.
