GM Meet-up on November 29-30!

Current State of Known Issues after Oct 11 Maintenance

Greetings, Saviors. After the latest patch on October 11, besides the problems stated in our previous announcement here, there have been other issues commonly reported by players in-game and on our forums. These include bugs in quests and the ‘Commander Load Fail’ error, among others. Some problems were shown to be solved after today’s temporary maintenance, namely the missing Event TP and titles mentioned in the announcement linked above, as well as the reported Enchanter shop UI errors. We would like to make known that we are in the process of further investigating the remaining issues, and kindly ask for your understanding and patience while we find a solution for them. We remind you that you can always report any problems you may be experiencing after the latest patch with a detailed ticket through our Support page. Thank you.

[Updated]The Spring Fan Art Festival is here!

Welcome to the Fan Art Festival! It's been a long time since our Valentine Art Festival. Spring has come - well on the Northern Hemisphere - I saw the green leaves and grasses are rising. The warmth of the Sunlight, green color, that's what we expect from the spring. But spring also bears the meaning of new beginning and a fresh start. The beginning of journey after the icy cold winter melts away. There is always new season comes to start.  So this Spring, I would like to suggest special Theme for this Festival and that is... Theme: "Your Finest moment" It could be both based on your past experience at Tree of Savior or based on pure imagination.  What is your finest moment? Was it a heroic moment? defeating the Daemonic lord? or It is a calm and peaceful time with friends? Or was it your first venture into a deep dark dungeon? Oh, and don't forget the festival timeline! 1. How is the procedure?:  - From now until 15th of May 2017 (EDT 23:59), you could submit your Artwork, all work submitted after 15th of May 2017 (EDT 23:59) cannot enter - Starting from 16th of May 2017 until 22th of May 2017 we will have a vote and grace period for checking IP Theft. - Prize will be given out at 23rd of May 2017 *Total 13 pieces will be chosen. As we discussed at last discussion and Poll, at this event we will introduce the User Vote. But it is experimental procedure applying first time after the rule improvement and this could be updated at next event.  Like the last event, the improvement discussion Thread will be opened after the winner is awarded. - 7 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Like" by the Forum Users. - 6 pieces will be picked by Staffs but with each Staff's personal decision. - The Staff pick will be made after the User pick is completed and will not overlap each other.    2. Clarification on Survival and Victory Event Rewards

Greetings, Saviors. We would like to provide some clarification on the conditions required for receiving the Survival and Victory Event rewards. A. Weekly Challenge On our event announcement, we state that characters need to achieve 15 wins per week to qualify for the 300-point reward. We expect to give out the rewards to characters who achieved the required number of wins but still haven’t received their rewards as soon as possible. Note that this event’s point rewards are given on a per-character basis. Characters are eligible to receive the point rewards only if they achieved the total of 15 wins entirely through either 5v5 or 2v2 battles, i.e. 15 wins achieved through a mix of 5v5 and 2v2 battles will not be taken into consideration. B. Best Combatant Also, honorary titles obtained through this event will be exclusive to champions of 5v5, as those are the battles that count towards the weekly ranking. We apologize for the confusion our previous announcement may have caused and ask for your understanding. If you believe you are still eligible for a reward but haven’t received it, kindly send us a support ticket with your information so we may investigate your case. Thank you.

Help us reduce issues with claiming TP Bundles!

Greetings Saviors, We would like to announce that we will be offering 20% additional TP as compensation for any players who may have issues with claiming their TP Bundle purchases made from now until April 30th.  We wish to use this chance as a way to apologize for the continued issues with regards to the TP claiming process and to show our willingness to solve these issues. There has been a lot of tinkering behind the scenes to smoothen out the process, but we admit that it can always be better.  Please carefully read the details below to see how you can help us improve our TP distribution process as well as gain additional TP in the process. If you require any help on how to claim your TP Bundles, make sure to check out our guide here. The following list shows how much TP you will be compensated with if you have an issue with a certain TP Bundle product. - Per 100 TP Bundle (100 TP) : Compensation of 20 TP - Per 300 TP Bundle (310 TP) : Compensation of 70 TP - Per 500 TP Bundle (530 TP) : Compensation of 110 TP - Per 900 TP Bundle (990 TP) : Compensation of 200 TP IMPORTANT : Please read the following conditions to see if you are applicable for compensation. 1-1. You must have either pressed the 'USE' button OR used the '/retrieveAllItems' command in order to start the TP claiming process. 1-2. Any attempts at claiming TP Bundles not meant for your server region will not be counted. 2.
