[COMPLETE][Hotfix] Temporary Maintenance - July 26th, 2016
Greetings Saviors, We would like to announce that we will be having temporary maintenance across all servers from (EDT) 07:30 ~ 08:15 July 26th, 2016. This maintenance is in order for us to implement a hotfix that will apply most of the features that did not properly get applied in today's patch. Please note that some regions may take longer to log back on to the servers due to file synchronization issues. Apologies for any inconvenience or confusion you may have experienced. Accounts Banned for Exploiting the Mystic Cube Timer Reset
Greetings Saviors. The recent channel crashing exploit and other related issues have been fixed. There was an issue where players could abuse this exploit to reset the timer on Mystic Cubes. We have taken appropriate actions against any and all players found abusing this exploit. Depending on the severity of the exploiter's actions, we are banning those who have abused this exploit; the ban sentence can range from 7 days to permanent restriction of game access. We apologize for any and all inconveniences and confusion this might have caused.
Team transfers to EU and SEA servers complete
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to announce that the team transfer process to Fedimian (EU server) and Telsiai (SEA server) are now complete. All transfer application tickets have now been answered and those with no transfer restrictions will now be able to access the game through their server of choice. If you find that your team has not been transferred to your requested server or if you experience any other problems related to the transfer, kindly send us a ticket via our Support page. Thank you. Regarding World Boss Monster and Item Enhancement Exploits
Greetings Saviors, There have been numerous reports through various channels telling us about possible exploits that allow players to abuse the World Boss Monster and Item Enhancement mechanics. As such, we are currently monitoring, processing and testing the information that has been provided along with all the game data we have access to and will continue to do so until a definitive answer is reached. We would like to ask for your cooperation and encourage you to provide any solid information regarding players that you believe may have used such exploits. Greetings, Saviors! If you have a knack for fashion, now is your time to shine. Make the world of TOS your catwalk and show off your character’s sense of style for a chance to win Goddess’ Blessed Cubes! Read the details below. 1. Event Period - Entry submission: from November 8 to November 16, 2016 (EST 23:59) - Voting period: from November 17 to November 22, 2016 2. How to Participate - Shoot a 20 to 60 second-long profile video for your character using the in-game video recording function (F12). Costumes and hair accessories are a must (make sure to equip 1 costume and 3 hair accessories), but you can also make use of in-game items, backgrounds, skill effects, etc. to showcase your character at their most fabulous. - Upload your video on YouTube, making sure it is viewable by everyone (click here for the tutorial: [LINK]). - Submit your profile video on our forums by creating a new topic under the Fan Vid category with [PERFECT 10] on the title. Along with a link to your video, make sure to include the following information: 1) server, 2) team name, 3) brief description of the concept. - After the submission period ends on November 16, 2016, we will select 10 finalists to enter the voting stage. - A new topic will be created in the Fan Vid category where forum users can vote on their favorite models until before the scheduled maintenance on November 22, 2016. - Winners of the event will be rewarded as follows: a) 1st place – 30x Goddess’ Blessed Cube b) 2nd place – 20x Goddess’ Blessed Cube c) 3rd to 10th places – 10x Goddess’ Blessed Cube - The rewards will be sent to the winners via GM message during the scheduled maintenance of November 22, 2016. 3. Important - Participation in this event is limited to one entry per team. - Your model character must be wearing 1 costume and 3 hair accessories (all 3 head slots must be equipped and visible, not hidden). Premium/newly-released items are NOT mandatory. - Video entries must be between 20 and 60 seconds long. - Do not use any add-ons (ex. zplus) when shooting your video. - You are allowed to crop and cut parts of the video and/or add simple subtitles, but do not edit in any additional visual or sound effects. - Make sure to have the name of your team always visible under your character throughout the video. - The creator of the video will hold ownership of the submitted work. List of Accounts Banned for Mystic Cube Exploit
Greetings, Saviors. On January 16, we released an announcement regarding the restrictions placed on the accounts of players who had abused an exploit to reset the Mystic Cube item. We have since conducted other investigations and applied restrictions (7 day-ban to permanent ban) on accounts found to have abused a different channel-crashing exploit to reset the Mystic Cube. In order to better inform those who may have been affected by restrictions and avoid further misunderstandings, we are sharing here a list of accounts banned for the issues explained above.
