If the game client is not functioning properly, please try deleting all Tree of Savior files in Steam and download again. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The issue where players who missed claiming last week’s Remnant of Bernice Dungeon rewards before maintenance are unable to receive them. We have identified the issue and will grant compensation to all players who did not receive their rewards prior to the November 25, 2025 maintenance.
