Greetings Saviors. We have received some connection reports from [SEA] Telsiai due to temporary server unrest. The issues have been resolved now. Please let us know if the problem re-occurs. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.
Fan Art Fest: The Art of Loving Begins!

Darling, do you know what time it is? It’s time for FAN ART FEST for Valentine’s Day! This time it will be called ‘Fan Art Fest: The Art of Loving'. The usual rules, policies and details will apply but keep in mind that it should be Valentine’s Day or Romance themed. That means, it should be related to everything Valentine’s Day, love, romance or most importantly chocolate. You can even propose to someone through this. But, please keep it within the T rating of the game (Don’t make it too hot.). Also, as always, the work has to be Tree of Savior related. The submitted works will have a chance to be on in-game loading screens and receive certain prizes. We encourage much participation from our beloved users. I hope all of you will spend victorious, vividly vivacious, visceral Valentine’s Day with someone you love. The images might undergo slight modification when applying them to the loading screen. The date of loading screen application shall be announced at a later date. The loading screen images are subject to change without prior notification. imcGAMES will not be held responsible for the plagiarized works submitted by a user. When plagiarism or IP theft is confirmed, we may retrieve all the benefits and the prize given to the user. While attributes learned before the reset can be relearned at no cost, we want to support your dream class tree even further by introducing a limited-time 20% discount to all attributes. About the Attribute Discount - All attributes will be available at a 20% off discount from the scheduled maintenance on December 27, 2016 until January 24, 2017. - The attribute discount will apply to every team and character (not just the ones using the Rank Reset). To ensure that you make the most of your Voucher, we would like to remind you of some important aspects you should keep in mind when retrieving and using this item. You will not be given additional Vouchers, so make sure you understand all the conditions and take all the precautions necessary. How to Participate - Defeat the final boss in any mission or instanced dungeon to receive a Fortune Cookie. - Use the Fortune Cookie item from your inventory to receive its buff effects. - Each Fortune Cookie will give you 30 minutes of +30% EXP gains and +1 movement speed. - Receive different prizes according to the total number of Fortune Cookies used. 3.
