GM Meet-up on November 29-30!
Greetings, Saviors! We’re pleased to announce that our GMs are going to be in-game this November 29/30, 2016 for a scheduled meet-up across all servers. Feel free to stop by for a chat and share your feedback. The meet-up is taking place at channel 1/2 of Gateway of the Great King (Lv. 58), in the area near the Statue of Goddess Vakarine (see image). Below is the schedule for each set of servers. Party EXP Bonus Icon Removed from UI
Greetings, Saviors! We’ve been receiving some reports recently about missing party EXP bonus in dungeon/mission auto-matched parties. We would like to assure you that, while the EXP bonus icon no longer appears in the Character Info window, it is applying correctly as intended, meaning your characters are still receiving the EXP bonus every time you run a dungeon/mission in an auto-matched party. We offer our apologies for the misunderstanding and remind you to send in a ticket via our Support page if you run into any other issues. Thank you.

[SEA] Telsiai and Varena Connection IssueGreetings Saviors. We have received some connection reports from [SEA] Telsiai and Varena servers due to temporary server unrest. The issues have been resolved now. Please let us know if the problem re-occurs.
Notice on TP Shop Changes: Hair Accessories
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to let you know in advance of a few changes we will soon be applying to the TP Shop. After the introduction of the Goddess’ Blessed Cube and the medal system, costumes previously sold on the TP Shop were moved to the Exchange Shop, where they can currently be acquired in exchange for medals. Soon, we plan to also remove all hair accessories sold on the TP Shop from their current tab and add them to the Exchange Shop along with the costume items. This, of course, means that they will also be available for purchase only via medal exchange. We expect to move premium hair accessories to the Exchange Shop on the following date: - EST December 6, 2016 (during the scheduled maintenance period) Please note that the Cockatrice Head item is classified as a premium hairstyle (not an accessory) and thus will not be affected by these changes.
New Event: Harvest Festival
Greetings, Saviors! We have a new event coming up to celebrate Thanksgiving and set the mood for the holiday season. Read below to find out how to participate. 1. Event Period - From: scheduled maintenance on November 15, 2016 - To: scheduled maintenance on December 6, 2016 2. How to Participate - Receive an event Seed from the Event Notice Board. You can receive a maximum of one per day. - Use the Seed to receive its buff effects or plant it to grow yourself a prize. a) Seed buff effects (if used): +2 speed movement and +25% EXP gains for 1 hour b) Growing a prize (if planted): plant the Seed in one of the locations mentioned in this notice and a random prize will be ready to harvest after 1 hour - Event seeds can be planted in the following maps: Shaton Farm, Tenants' Farm, Myrkiti Farm, Greene Manor 3. Important - Participation in this event is limited to characters of levels 50 and above. - Event Seeds will be deleted after the event period has ended. - Planted seeds will be automatically deleted during every scheduled maintenance. - Planted prizes can be collected by anyone as soon as they are ready to be harvested. Please note that you alone will be responsible for keeping your harvest safe as we will not be providing help with lost harvests.
[FIXED] Chat and Party Function Issues in [SEA] Varena
UPDATE: ISSUES FIXED - Chat and party functions are now working as intended in [SEA] Varena. Thank you for your patience. Greetings, Saviors. Our [SEA] Varena server is undergoing a few technical difficulties that have affected the chat and party functions, as well as some maps. For the time being, please note that you may not be able to use chat or party functions, or enter certain maps. If you find your character is stuck in a map, kindly send in a ticket via our Support page. We will let you know as soon as these issues are resolved. Thank you for understanding.

Greetings, Saviors! If you have a knack for fashion, now is your time to shine. Make the world of TOS your catwalk and show off your character’s sense of style for a chance to win Goddess’ Blessed Cubes! Read the details below. 1. Event Period - Entry submission: from November 8 to November 16, 2016 (EST 23:59) - Voting period: from November 17 to November 22, 2016 2. How to Participate - Shoot a 20 to 60 second-long profile video for your character using the in-game video recording function (F12). Costumes and hair accessories are a must (make sure to equip 1 costume and 3 hair accessories), but you can also make use of in-game items, backgrounds, skill effects, etc. to showcase your character at their most fabulous. - Upload your video on YouTube, making sure it is viewable by everyone (click here for the tutorial: [LINK]). - Submit your profile video on our forums by creating a new topic under the Fan Vid category with [PERFECT 10] on the title. Along with a link to your video, make sure to include the following information: 1) server, 2) team name, 3) brief description of the concept. - After the submission period ends on November 16, 2016, we will select 10 finalists to enter the voting stage. - A new topic will be created in the Fan Vid category where forum users can vote on their favorite models until before the scheduled maintenance on November 22, 2016. - Winners of the event will be rewarded as follows: a) 1st place – 30x Goddess’ Blessed Cube b) 2nd place – 20x Goddess’ Blessed Cube c) 3rd to 10th places – 10x Goddess’ Blessed Cube - The rewards will be sent to the winners via GM message during the scheduled maintenance of November 22, 2016. 3. Important - Participation in this event is limited to one entry per team. - Your model character must be wearing 1 costume and 3 hair accessories (all 3 head slots must be equipped and visible, not hidden).
