[UPDATE] Regarding the Recent Server Instabilty
Greetings Saviors, As mentioned in the previous Known Issue, the following issue has come to our attention: - [Fixed] Server Instability in all servers → [Fixed] TP purchased in NA/SEA/SA server is not displayed in the Steam Inventory During the process of fixing the recent server instability issue, we found out that this issue is connected to the function where the purchased currency of the game is displayed. [Compensation for the Issue] We have fixed the issue and Goddess Token (Vakarine): 50,000 x20 (total: 1 million) will be given as compensation to all Saviors. - This will be sent to the mailbox and will be removed after 2 weeks (~10/14). [UPDATE] Known Issue: September 27, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: 1) Cannot purchase 30 TP bundle from all server in Steam store page 2) TP purchased in NA/SEA/SA server is not displayed in the Steam Inventory - Due to the server instability issue, this measure will be temporarily applied. ※ This measure can be gradually applied to other servers as well. 3) The reward that was supposed to be given properly from Must Do Guide has been withdrawn - The items mistakenly taken away will be given back during the scheduled maintenance on October 4, 2022. - We will exclude the amount already used when giving back the reward. 4) The update week of the Weekly Boss Raid Total Damage Reward in the patch note on September 19-20, 2020 was misguided - The reward table will be updated on October 3, 2022. We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
