[Notice] Future Status Changes Regarding Dormant Teams in the [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute Server
Greetings, Saviors! In this posting, we would like to announce the details about the future status changes regarding the dormant teams in the [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute. Target Criteria Dormant Target Server: [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute Dormant Target Team: Teams that do not meet any of the following criteria below. ▶ Accounts that have: - Record of entering the game within 1 year before the Zachariel Server Merge (July 15, 2025). - Purchased Premium TP - Used Premium TP - Possessed Premium TP ※ Accounts that only purchased Steam DLCs will be changed to Dormant Status. ※ If you have a team for multiple servers in a single account, the team must meet the criteria above to stay active. EXAMPLE: (If you have teams on all three servers, and only the teams on [EU] Fedimian and [SA] Silute have purchased TP and logged into the game, while the team on [NA] Klaipeda has not met any of the criteria, the team on [NA] Klaipeda will be set to dormant. Between the [EU] Fedimian and [SA] Silute servers, the dormant team will be determined according to the Global Merge Policy: When you have teams on more than one server.) ※ When the Team set to Dormant Status, the Team will be deleted. ※ If you want to restore your Dormant Account, you must send a ticket during the restoration period. (August 12, 2025) Details 1. When a team is switched to dormant status, the existing team will be removed and the UI for creating a new team will pop up upon entering the barrack. 2. If you wish to remove the dormant status from your team, you can send us a ticket before August 12, 2025. - This request is only accepted when sent by the owner of the account. - The request is applied during the scheduled maintenance every week during the restoration period. ※ If you already made a new team before requesting to remove the dormant status from the original team, this new team will be deleted. 3. Take a screenshot with your friends or by yourself with the wonderful background of Tree of Savior! Step 2. Upload your screenshot to the TOS Steam community in screenshot board. To participate in the event, please provide two screenshots: One screenshot showing your character name. One screenshot without any UI elements or character name. [How to upload your screenshot in the Steam Community] 1. Remove UI and Character Name in the game screen - Press Alt+A to hide the UI and Character Name. 2. Take a Screenshot - Press F12 to take a Steam Screenshot. - If the screenshot doesn't work, exit the Steam Client, and relaunch it as an Administrator. 3. Check the Screenshot - Launch the Steam Client. - Click View menu at the top left. 4. Open Screenshot Library - Click View → "NEW Recordings & Screenshots" from Steam Client. 5. Announcement Regarding Next Week Maintenance.
Measures Against Illegal Programs in Field Dungeons Recently, accounts using illegal programs have been continuously detected in field dungeons. We sincerely apologize for the anxiety and inconvenience this has caused to our Saviors. We are applying permanent bans to any accounts confirmed to be using such programs as soon as they are identified. However, despite these measures, offenders continue to create new accounts and repeat these actions. In response, we are preparing the following updates to prevent such behavior: As a first step, during the scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, May 27, the shop selling prices of certain gem items, including Sapphires, will be adjusted. Please take note of this change to avoid any inconvenience in your gameplay. Affected items: Garnet, Gold Bar, Diamond, Fossilized Lizard Amber, Ruby, Sapphire, Opal, Obsidian, Silver Bar, Ithildin Ore, Annotation, Zircon, topaz, Pyrite, Peridot, and Bloodstone Additionally, we are working on strengthening our system verification mechanisms to fundamentally block gameplay that undermines the game environment, such as the use of illegal programs. Please note that these improvements may be applied without separate announcements, and we ask for your understanding in this matter.
